Bryan Long's '96 Kawasaki Vulcan 800A
January 2006 Bikers2000 Magazine!
Above is the main spread of Bryan Long's
1996 Kawasaki Vulcan 800A in January '06 Bikers2000 magazine. Bryan has taken several awards
with this bike, and you can see that it's a real 'head-turner'. Bryan used several Scootworks
parts in the construction of this bike, including one of our 'Classic' belt drive systems (mfg'd
back in 1999), 'LoRidr' Adjustable Lowering Kit, Ergonomic Rear Brake Pedal, chrome front
fork legs and bullets, and a modified Scootworks rear tail light & plate mount. Since these
photos were taken, Scootworks has chromed the front brake reservoir, clutch perch, mirror mount,
triple tree, front brake caliper and mounts, both switch head assemblies, and several other
components. The front brake rotor was polished to a mirror finish, and a new set of custom
wheels are being fabricated (check back here for pics of the bike, once the wheels are completed and
installed).
