If you have a question about the installation or use of any Scootworks product that you have purchased, please read our online Installation Instructions, Technical Bulletins, and Product Brochures. These are filled with tons of the most current information regarding our products already in the field, as well as a comprehensive list of FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions). The answer you seek is probably already there!

Sorry, we can't tell you how to rebuild your engine or what color to paint your bike (yep, we get LOTS of those kinds of questions!). What we can help you with is technical information about Scootworks products that you have purchased (or are interested in), pricing and info on custom work you might be interested in, scheduling for service, and rough pricing for customization. First, read below and follow the rules...

READ THIS CLOSELY BEFORE you send an email!!!!: We get hundreds upon hundreds of emails per day, many of which are sent to the WRONG address. DO NOT send "Tech Support" or "Service Department" questions to Tim, or "Custom Shop" questions to Eagle. It takes entirely too much time to send a few hundred messages a day back and forth, and to try and figure out what you really want. Read the descriptions below and select the correct link to mail to. If you can't find the information you need for Scootworks products in our instructions or product brochures, you may contact our technical support staff via telephone during normal business hours, Tuesday-Friday, at (919) 269-0986. If you wish to use email, use the following addresses:

- For Tech Support or Service Department Questions (SERVICE or SUPPORT for items you bought/are going to buy from us type questions, not "can you stretch my tank" or "what is the cost to rake my frame" type questions), email

- For Custom work like rame stretches and rakes, custom builds, wide tire mods, etc (CUSTOM questions, not "which of your parts fits my bike" or "can you rejet my carb" type questions), email

- For Custom paint (CUSTOM painting questions, not "how much is my bike worth" or "how long does it take to ship a part to me" type questions) , email

We're not trying to be hard to get along with, but we spend far too much time simply sorting through the daily pile of email, trying to get these messages to the correct persons. The guys in the shop have a lot of work to do, and not a lot of time to sit in front of a computer. Please follow the rules above and send your message to the correct person. Thanks!

Having Trouble Accessing our On-Line Catalog?: If you are having difficulties in accessing our on-line catalog, it may be due to the security settings of firewall programs you have installed on your computer. Programs such as Norton Firewall and others may block the CGI scripts used in our shopping cart program. Try decreasing the security level of your firewall software to access our on-line catalog.

Yes, we do ship to international addresses. There are Scootworks products on 4 continents, and in at least 25 countries (at last count) including: Australia, Canada, Japan, Sweden, Russia, Norway, Brazil, Thailand, United Kingdom, Finland, Ireland, Philippines, Malaysia, Germany, Denmark, and many others.... see our shipping page for more information. 

Scootworks provides you with several options when it comes to purchasing our products. We try to make it as easy as possible to buy our stuff. Here's how: 

 On-Line Catalog

  • Place orders on-line using our SSL secure shopping cart. We accept American Express, Discover, VISA and MasterCard. This is a great, and secure way to purchase Scootworks products 24 hours a day. We maintain everything on this website in our normal inventory, and usually ship in 24-48 hours Monday through Friday. We'll contact you if there are any delays.


  • To place orders by fax, simply print our mail/fax order form, and fill in the blanks. Then fax it to us at our 24 hour fax line at (919) 269-0977.


  • To place orders by phone call Amy, Debbie, Annette, Joyce, Missy, Scooter, or Melanie at (919) 269-0986. Internet Sales Office hours are 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST, Tuesday thru Friday (winter schedule). Internet/Phone Sales staff are not available on Saturday. 


  • To place orders by snail mail, simply print our mail/fax order form, and fill in the blanks. You can pay by Discover, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, money order, or by certified or personal check. Then just mail it to us at the address below.

  • We are not some fly-by-night virtual store operating out of someone's basement or one that doesn't have a real physical location. If you are in the area, please visit our retail store (106-108 E. Vance St.) and motorcycle service center (114 E. Vance St.). We have thousands of items in stock and we can also install your accessories for you. Installations are usually by appointment.
