Sorry, we can't
tell you how to
rebuild your engine or what color to paint your bike (yep, we get LOTS of those kinds of questions!). What we can help you with is technical
information about Scootworks products that you have purchased (or are interested in), pricing
and info on custom work you might be interested in, scheduling for service, and
rough pricing for customization. First, read below and follow the rules...
READ THIS CLOSELY BEFORE you send an email!!!!:
We get hundreds upon hundreds of emails per day, many of which are sent to the WRONG address. DO NOT send "Tech Support" or "Service Department" questions to Tim, or
"Custom Shop" questions to Eagle. It takes entirely too much time to send a few hundred messages a day back and forth, and
to try and figure out what you really want. Read the descriptions below and select the correct link to mail to. If you can't find the
information you need for Scootworks products in our instructions or product brochures, you may
contact our technical support staff via telephone during normal business hours, Tuesday-Friday, at
(919) 269-0986. If you wish to use email, use the following addresses:
- For Tech Support or Service Department Questions (SERVICE or SUPPORT for items you bought/are going to buy from us type questions, not "can you stretch my tank" or "what is the cost to rake my frame" type questions), email email@example.com

We're not trying to be hard to get along with, but we spend far too much time simply sorting
through the daily pile of email, trying to get these messages to the correct persons. The guys in the
shop have a lot of work to do, and not a lot of time to sit in front of a computer. Please follow the
