Rear Shock Pre-Load Kit for The Vulcan 400 and 800 "A", Classic "B", and 800 Drifter

The Scootworks rear shock pre-load improvement kit is designed to improve the load handling performance of your Vulcan 400 or 800 "A", Classic "B", or 800 Drifter's rear suspension. Many Vulcan owners experience a softer than desired rear shock due to combined rider weight, accessory or luggage loading, or variations in shock performance. This kit will increase the load carrying capacity of your Vulcan, and stiffen the rear suspension on bikes with soft shocks. This kit is recommended for installation when the load on the bike is greater than 140 lbs., and works great your stock suspension. This kit includes:

• 2 Pre-load inserts to effectively add 14 additional stiffness settings to your rear shock
• 2 different sets of snubber spacers to raise your mechanical stop and help prevent your tire from scrubbing your fender when operating in rough terrain or when lowered and set on the lowest height position
