Scootworks at the 4th Annual Angier Motorcycle Festival

Scootworks at the 4th Annual Angier Motorcycle Festival--- On June 4 2005, Scootworks pulled one of the trailers, 2 recently constructed bikes, and a load of our products down to the 4th Annual Angier motorcycle festival. This was a 'show' trip (we didn't haul a bunch of things down to sell), where we talk with people, answer questions, etc. It was a typical NC day...a bit humid, sunny, and a light breeze. We saw lots of customers who were out having a good time, met new folks who had not heard of us, and had a blast talking with people. Scootworks supplied one of the Bike Show trophies, and was asked to assist with judging. The bike show was HUGE... we had a list of 12 criteria to judge each bike on, and there were 118 bikes in the show. Talk about sunburn! Here are a few pics from the event...

Talk about SUNBURN!--- ...yeah, I'm still a bit burned as I type this :-) . This is a great family oriented event, with activities for the kids, many types of food and snacks for everyone, motorcycle clothing and accessory vendors all around, and motorcycles everywhere. We had a great time and would recommend this event to anyone in driving/riding distance.
