If you have a question about the installation or use of any Scootworks product that you have purchased, please read our online Installation Instructions, Technical Bulletins, and Product Brochures. These are filled with tons of the most current information regarding our products already in the field, as well as a comprehensive list of FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions). The answer you seek is probably already there!

Sorry, we can't tell you how to rebuild your engine or what color to paint your bike (yep, we get LOTS of those kinds of questions!). What we can help you with is technical information about Scootworks products that you have purchased (or are interested in), pricing and info on custom work you might be interested in, scheduling for service, and rough pricing for customization.

- For Tech Support or Service Department Questions (SERVICE or SUPPORT for items you bought/are going to buy from us type questions, not "can you stretch my tank" or "what is the cost to rake my frame" type questions), email eagle@scootworks.com or call (919)269-0986 and press option "2".

- For Custom work like frame stretches and rakes, custom builds, wide tire mods, etc (CUSTOM questions, not "which of your parts fits my bike" or "can you rejet my carb" type questions), or for Custom paint (CUSTOM painting questions, not "how much is my bike worth" or "how long does it take to ship a part to me" type questions) , email jon@scootworks.com or call (919)269-0986 and press option "2".

Having Trouble Accessing our On-Line Catalog?: If you are having difficulties in accessing our on-line catalog, it may be due to the security settings of firewall programs you have installed on your computer. Programs such as Norton Firewall and others may block the CGI scripts used in our shopping cart program. Try decreasing the security level of your firewall software to access our on-line catalog.

Scootworks ships to most international addresses. Scootworks provides you with several options when it comes to purchasing our products. We try to make it as easy as possible to buy our stuff. Here's how: 

 On-Line Catalog

  • Place orders on-line using our SSL secure shopping cart. We accept American Express, Discover, VISA and MasterCard. You will receive an on-screen internet order confirmation after your order is placed. Your order number is included, print your screen for your receipt. This is a secure way to purchase Scootworks products 24 hours a day. We'll contact you if there are any significant delays expected. We ship products from our warehouse Tuesday through Friday.

Fax

  • To place orders by fax, simply print our mail/fax order form, and fill in the blanks. Then fax it to us at our 24 hour fax line at (919) 269-0977.

Telephone

  • To place orders by phone call Scootworks Sales at (919) 269-0986 and select option "2". Internet Sales Office hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST, Tuesday thru Friday. Internet/Phone Sales staff are not available on Saturday. 

Mail

  • To place orders by snail mail, simply print our mail/fax order form, and fill in the blanks. You can pay by Discover, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, money order, or by certified or personal check. Then just mail it to us at the address below.
