Scootworks returns to the Locked & Loaded Fall Rally!
September 30, 2012... Scootworks headed over to the famous Locked & Loaded fally bike rally in Garner NC. We took the Jack Daniels bike to show at their event once more, before the next Scootworks creation rolls out. The JD bike won top honors for 'Most Radical' and 'Best Accessories' (it has mostly all hand made parts). Click the title above to see pics from this event!

Scootworks Bikes takes wins at the 2012 Capital City Bikefest!
September 22, 2012... This was the 8th annual Capital City Bikefest, and pulled in over 100,000 people. Loads of bikes filled downtown Raleigh for this 3-day event. The bike show was judged, and hosted a HUGE selection of bikes of all makes and models. Scootworks entered the Jack Daniels chopper and 'Bones', not knowing the categories they were to be judged in. The judges selected the categories for each bike. Scootworks' JD bike won Best in Class - Radical, 'Bones' took 1st Place in Metric Cruiser. Click HERE to see pics from that event.

Scootworks Bikes take trophies at the Aversboro Bike Show!
September 9, 2012... Several of the Scootworkers headed over to the Annual Aversboro bike show with a few bikes to show. This is a fun event, lots of vendors, food, live bands, and great people. We placed the Jack Daniels chopper and 'Bones' in the bike show. JD took 1st place in Metric Custom. 'Bones' took 1st place in Metric Cruiser and 2nd place in Metric Custom. Scootworks Bikes takes wins at the 2012 Angier Bikefest!
June 2, 2012... Scootworks headed down to the annual Angier Bikefest. This event has been a regular for many years, and has grown considerably since it's beginning. We competed with two of our bikes...the Jack Daniels Chopper and 'Bones'. The JD Chop took 1st Place in 'Chopper' category, competing against a mixed group of American and Metric choppers. October 9, 2011... The Scootworks' Jack Daniels bike wins 1st place in the Chopper category at the Locked & Loaded fall bike rally. This was a mixed category, with American & Metric choppers competing in the same class. We were excited & surprised, as there were several awesome custom and production choppers in our category. On 11/20/2010, some of the ScootWorkers grabbed their bikes and headed to a bike and car show at Locked & Loaded in Garner NC, once of the larger biker friendly bars in the area. They sponsor a couple of bike & car shows annually, drawing larger numbers from around the triangle area. Brandon took 1st in 'Best Custom' with -Bones-, Jon took 2nd place in 'Best Custom' and 'Amy's Pic' (best of show) with -Low Life-, and Bryan took 1st in 'Best Stock' (non-modified frame). Scootworks Bike wins 'Best Bikes in the Triangle 2010'!
June 15th, 2010... Brandon Hockaday of Scootworks wins the 'Best Bikes in the Triangle' contest with his bike, -Bones- . This event was sponsored by 96Rock & Yuengling. Hundreds of bikes competed from all over central NC, and this was a 'People's Choice' contest. Btw, the -Superman- bike we built a few years back, came in 2nd place!! Click the title to learn more. Scootworks Bikes win in Rat's Hole Bike Show - Daytona Beach Spring '10!
WOW!! We were excited about this! After working around the clock for weeks & driving all night to get to Daytona in time, Scootworkers Jon & Dustin took 1st & 3rd Place Trophies in the famous Rat's Hole Bike show with their bikes -Low Life- and -Flat Out- . Click HERE to see the slideshow.

Scootworks Bikefest '09 a HUGE Hit!

Scootworks Parts on the World's Best Metric Custom!
The Green Bobber, by AFT Customs, was awartded the 'Best Metric Custom in the World' award at the 2005 World Championship of Custom Bike Building in Las Vegas, Nevada. 'Purple' in November '05 Bikers2000 Magazine
'Purple' took 1st Place in the Chopper Road Shows bike show at the Fall 2005 Myrtle Beach Bike Ralley, and 2nd place in the bike show at the Rat's Hole! Here, it is featured in Bikers2000 November 2005 issue, where they caught up with Keith and 'Purple' at the rally.

Business of the Month
(April 2005) Scootworks has been named as "Business of the Month" by the Zebulon Chamber of Commerce for the successful Spring Extravaganza, which brought well over 500 people to town and raised money for the American Cancer Society "Relay for Life". Even though the print was incorrect (we raised over $3,200), it was an honor to be featured as Zebulon's feature business for the month of April, 2005!

Downtown Festival Revs Up

Scootworks is revving up for its annual "Spring Extravaganza" with a good cause in mind. This year's downtown Zebulon festival will benefit the American Cancer Society's "Relay For Life".

Ride to Meet the Legislators
(January 26, 2005) From an event sponsored by North Carolina BikePAC and Full Throttle Magazine of North Carolina.  Full Throttle along with BikePAC members sponsored a tent and a catered traditional BBQ at the state legislature building in Raleigh.
