Motorcycle Air Ride Suspension Packages for select metric cruisers!

Motorcycle Air Ride Systems - Raise and Lower your metric cruiser in the coolest of all ways: with these new fully adjustable AIR RIDE SYSTEMS! Just like the high-end customs you see in shows and on the road, you can raise and lower your bike with the flip of a switch... up to 5"! Hammer your bike to the lowest of low while cruising the strip, and raise it back up for more ground clearance to ride the back roads. These Air Ride Systems also make adjustments for riding with or without a passenger, a '!snap!'. The system comes complete with an on-board compressor and all controls to easily raise and lower your bike at the touch of a button.

This awesome product was developed for cruisers equipped with a rear monoshock-supported swing arm suspension system. Originally designed for the Yamaha VStar 1100 and Yamaha Road Star motorcycles, this kit has now been further developed for use on the Suzuki Intruder 1500LC and Boulevard C90/C90T, all Kawasaki Vulcan 800 varieties ('A', 'B'- Classic, and Drifter), and Suzuki Volusia / Boulevard C50 & M50 motorcycles. Currently under development are versions of this system for the Honda VLX 600, Yamaha V-Star 650, and Kawasaki VN2000.

The overall lift from bottom to top is a approximately 5", as measured from the bottom of the rear fender immediately above the rear axle. Drop the bike all the way down to bury the tire into the rear fender while maintaining a built-in safety clearance. This feature allows the rider to set the bike all the way down and experience a rigid (hard tail) style ride, while also providing widest lift range for ride comfort.

The 'Big Boar' system gets it's name from the cylinder bore size used in the shock pack. The largest usable cylinder bore was engineered into the stock shock cavity. The standard cylinders are tooled for a custom fit to provide maximum lift perfomance with minimal pump stress. The unique clevis design fits the rod end of the cylinder, attaching it to the relay arm for a secure and robust connection.

The controls are also unique to the 'Big Boar' Air Ride. It comes standard with a toggle switch, for easy access to gently lift and lower the ride height. Also offered is a remote control system, allowing for even more control over the lift height without requiring you to be on your motorcycle...a cool touch for shows or when displaying your bike in public.
