with the 2.15:1 final drive ratio, similar to a 17t front and
between a 36/37t
rear sprocket, only with an even more increased efficiency from the belt. No more
highway 'buzziness'.
No more cleaning of
grease and grime from your rear wheel and tire.
No more of that nasty
chain lubrication maintenance and routine chain adjustments.
Our belt drive is
nearly silent, no more noisy chains.
Pulleys never
need to be replaced like a conventional chain/ sprocket set-up will.

The newest, toughest, strongest, and easiest to setup belt drive system by ScootWorks for the Ace 750, Spirit 750, and Magna 750 Chain Drive models. This new system in development since 2006 was originally designed by us for the SportBike market, because it _HAD_ to be TOUGH! This is the system for those who are heavy on the throttle, love to do burnouts and wheelies, or are otherwise 'spirited' riders :-)
Our newest CNC Equipment expansion allows us to bring this to life for many motorcycles originally equipped for chain drive. LOW belt tension makes for easier setup and maintenance, 1-piece pulley assembly to eliminate cap & preload shear, 14mm belt tooth profile allows for a slip-free system, and the newest belt technology implemented for LONG LONG LONG belt life.
This system is a completely new design, from the pulleys, drive hub, belting, flange retainment, and more. This is the technology found in our new line of MondoDrives for high performance cruisers and sport bikes like the Suzuki Hayabusa and Triumph Legend. The ratio of this system for the Ace/Spirit 750 is 2.36:1, similar to a common sprocket setup for more relaxed highway cruising of a 17 tooth front and 40 tooth rear sprocket. The ratio of this system for the Magna 750 is 2.40:1, similar to a common sprocket setup for more relaxed highway cruising of a 17 tooth front and 41 tooth rear sprocket. Just right to let your bike rumble comfortably on the open road, while retaining loads of low-end torque.
