We also take trade ins, and get some defective parts from suppliers that simply aren't worth our time to try and return. !!OVERSTOCK/CLEARANCE SALE!! - Each year, Scootworks examines inventory for slow moving items, items that have spent more than one year in inventory, items that are closeouts and/or discontinued, and items that we have stocked WAY too many of. From this list, we compile a report and push those particular items out at deep discounts...some even below cost.

This is a multi-page list in .pdf format of these items, as recently prepared by our general manager for inclusion in this sale. Scootworks PhatRisers™   $99!! - Below are scratch-N-dent PhatRisers™. These are Scootworks very own designs that fit numerous bikes. Occasionally customers order PhatRisers™ and decide it's not what they were looking for. Then when they send them back they don't re-package them good enough which results in dings and scratches.

We also have some new pieces that have minor chrome or polishing blemishes. Due to the shipping weight of risers (to and from the polisher/chromer an additional time) and the cost of rework for chrome or polish, it's more cost effective to sell these 'as-is' and pass the savings on to the end customer.

Seats/Saddles - Occasionally we have customers order custom seats then never hear from them again. We also occasionally have brand new stock seats from when we install custom seats for customers. See each description to get the "low-down"!

Mustang Sissy Bar Pad Covers and Seat Covers - We occasionally have customers order these covers, some times special order, then decide it's not what they're looking for...or something. Then once the package is opened and the item has been tried on, we can sell it as new. So you get a practically brand new item for a great deal. See below for each individual description.

02-1691 CWI Backrest - This studded Drivers backrest was installed, then customer decided they didn't want it so they returned it. Only has minor scratches on mounting brackets (see photos). FITS: Kawasaki Vulcan 2000

OEM Cam Cover, Yamaha Roadstar 1600 ('99-'03) - This was removed during the customization of a Limited Edition model. Perfect condition.

Type "A" Intake adapter, Yamaha Roadstar 1600 & 1700 - This is a Thunder Mfg. Type "A" adapter and jet kit for Yamaha RoadStar 1600 & 1700. It accepts any of the type "A" intakes we sell (Tornado, Hurricane). A customer bought this, installed it on his bike with a Hurricane intake, and returned it because "he didn't like the way it looked on his bike". I used to think I was responsible for buying things then changing my mind, but I guess this isn't the case these days! Once again, we loose, you win. If you like, you can go to our Yamaha Intake page for RoadStars and choose any Type "A" (Hurricane or Tornado), and tell us in the comments section of your order to use the 'Scratch-n-Dent' intake, and we'll subtract $25 from the cost of the total package (selling you this adapter for $50 as part of the package).

Big Bike/Show Chrome Accessories Windshields - We get a good amount of returns on windshields due to customers not ordering the right one to fit their bike. But once the box and hardware is opened, it can't be sold as new anymore. Once again, our loss, your gain. See below for each individual description.

Memphis Shades Lowers and Mounting Hardware - These are acrylic wind deflector/lowers that mount to your forks with a versatile clamp system. You may see some lowers on here periodically, but mainly mounting hardware kits. Customers often order the wrong hardware for their bikes, so.....here ya go! See each description.

Big Bike Footpegs, New - These pegs are CONSTANTLY being opened up in our store, leaving us with packs that look less than new. Everything is here, nothing is missing... they simply don't have the factory packaging and people don't want a new part in an opened package. This hurts us, but after all these years it's obvious that it can't be stopped! Once again... our loss, your gain. Grab these great deals while they last!
